Ravenna, Rome, 15/05/2025, A.ST.I.M., leader in the market of electronics for aerospace, defense and security and Intecs, company at the forefront in the design and development of software and hardware solutions in the fields of aerospace, Defence, Transport, Fintech and Smart Devices have signed a memorandum of understsnding (mou) for the joint development of advanced solutions in the underwater, space, naval and land sectors.
This strategic partnership is aimed at implementing a methodological and technological collaboration between the two companies on multiple fronts, including the underwater sector, space and naval and land programs for national and foreign defense. It will also enable a joint effort in the field of research and development to promote technological innovations and develop cutting-edge solutions to be offered in target markets.
The agreement between A.ST.I.M. and Intecs represents a significant step towards implementing next-generation technologies that meet the increasingly complex requirements of the Aerospace, Defence and Security sector. Combining the skills of both is essentially to promote innovation and strengthen competitiveness on international markets.
