For this reason, the corps responsible of their surveillance and protection need sophisticated equipment with high performance for emergency management at sea, for maritime search and rescue, and for the protection of the environment. From May 15th to 17th, A.ST.I.M’s systems and equipment will be exposed at this international show, dedicated to the best technologies and services for airports of the future.
Between the novelties of the 25th edition of Euronaval, there are also the mission systems for naval operations from A.ST.I.M., an Italian company active in the design and development of solutions and high-tech systems. For the company, leaded by CEO Maurizio Minghelli, this is its first presence at this show, where it debuts with the latest novelties and the most important projects in the naval field. Systems that in recent years became the market reference products, making A.ST.I.M. a player internationally recognized.
It was completed, in recent weeks, the supply of 10 high-tech systems made by A.ST.I.M., an Italian company from Ravenna, which since ten years designs and develops high-tech solutions, and in this case will go to the management by the Firefighters of airport emergencies in the main 10 Italian airports.
A piece of Ravenna will be on board one of the new navy of the Coast Guard, to monitor the safety of the seas from environmental hazards and other threats. One of the most technologically advanced Coast Guard Supply Vessel CP920 “Bruno Gregoretti”, currently under construction, is in fact provided by A.ST.IM, Ravenna company that has been developing and producing THERMONAV ®, a sophisticated command and control for the discovery, recognition and tracking of targets.
